Delete your data

You can delete everything Upcraft stores about you at any time.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Upcraft.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

This permanently deletes your anonymous account and everything linked to it:

• your preferences (niche, formats)
• selfies and other photos you uploaded
• every thumbnail you generated, and your history
• your Style DNA analysis
• stored YouTube channel data
• your push notification token

Most data is removed right away. Remaining copies, including backups, are erased within 30 days. YouTube data is always deleted within 7 days. Deletion can't be undone. Thumbnails you already saved to your Photos stay on your device.

Only disconnect YouTube

Go to Settings → YouTube channel → Disconnect. This deletes your stored channel data and style analysis immediately. If you connected with Google sign-in, also revoke Upcraft's access on the Google permissions page.

Can't open the app?

Email privacy@upcraft.art with the subject "Delete my data". Include your support code (from Settings) if you have it, or the YouTube channel you connected. We'll confirm deletion within 7 days.

If you've already deleted the app and don't have your support code, we may not be able to find your anonymous account. Data that isn't linked to anyone is removed automatically after 12 months of inactivity, and YouTube data after 30 days.
